Parking in Damascus is free to the public, and can be found along the streets mostly, but public lots are also available for day parking, and long-term parking needs for those on longer adventures.
For long-term parking at our Wilson Street lot across from the public library, adventurers are encouraged to register their vehicles with the town in order to allow us to contact vehicle owners if there are any issues and to understand the duration of their trip for police protection of the vehicle. NOTE: Parking in the Wilson Street lot between May 01 and the end of the annual Appalachian Trail Days event (usually around May 20) is not accessible and vehicle may be towed.
